CYBER CAFÉ (Internet/E-mail Station):
Attendees want to stay in touch when out of the office, so let them do so with your company in mind! Show floor email station will include an area for your company literature, signage and your Web site as the home page.

EXHIBIT HALL RECEPTION:
A refreshing way to get the visibility you want! Signage with your company name and logo will be included on the carts throughout the exhibit hall during the afternoon receptions.

ATTENDEE BAG INSERT:
Include company literature, promotional items, and giveaways in the attendee registration packets. We will place up to two lightweight items in the tote bags for attendees as they register. Include invitations to visit your booth or announcements of product demonstrations or other giveaways. This is a great way to ensure you reach everyone in attendance at TURBO EXPO!

DVD CONFERENCE PR0CEEDINGS:
Put your company artwork on the item that all conference delegates take home – the conference proceedings on DVD-ROM. Not only will your company logo sit on everyone’s desk once they return from the event, but you also have a window to your homepage every time the DVD-ROM is used.

REGISTRATION BADGE MAILING INSERT:
Provide IGTI an insert to be included in all advance registration badge mailings. This is a valuable sponsorship opportunity for high visibility to all pre-registered attendees.

CONFERENCE COFFEE BREAK:
For great conference visibility, sponsor the session coffee breaks. You can choose to sponsor the coffee breaks for the entire week or select one day.

Gain maximum visibility with colorful badge lanyards displaying your company name and/or logo. IGTI will distribute the neck cords during registration.

WATER STATIONS:
This sponsorship includes your company logo at all of the Show water stations (exhibit hall, conference area and Keynote). You are encouraged to showcase your "green" message by providing environmentally friendly cups with your company name or logo.
