NDE Demonstration Forum
2004 ASME/JSME Pressure Vessels and Piping Conference
July 26, 2004, Hyatt Regency La Jolla at Aventine, San Diego, CA USA

Your company is invited to participate in a Nondestructive Evaluation (NDE) Demonstration Forum that will be held at the 2004 ASME/JSME Pressure Vessels and Piping (PVP) Conference. The ASME PVP Division sponsors the Conference. The PVP Senate, the PVP Materials & Fabrication Committee, and the NDE Engineering Division sponsor the NDE Forum. Vendors will demonstrate their NDE products from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM Monday, July 26, 2004.

The NDE Forum is designed to provide a convenient opportunity for PVP Conference attendees to evaluate current and emerging NDE technology and for your company to demonstrate the features, capabilities, and benefits of your NDE products. The Conference Program Committee has arranged an outstanding four-day series of technical sessions. More than 700 engineers are expected to attend the Conference. Their areas of interest include PVP research and development (R&D), design, operation, inspection, and maintenance.

As a NDE vendor, this event provides an excellent opportunity for your company to make contact with current and potential users of your company's products within the pressure vessel and piping community and to obtain information to help guide the direction of new product development. Discussions, demonstrations, and distributions of product literature at the NDE Forum will help these engineers make and influence buying decisions and confirm R&D needs. Since engineers from many countries will be attending the Conference, participation in the NDE Forum will give your company a broad marketing exposure.

NDE FORUM DETAILS

Each participating company will be allocated one draped six-foot table, chairs, one 110-volt outlet, and an easel to hold a sign or poster describing your company's products or naming your company. There will not be any telephones or booth partitions.

As a participant, you will be expected to bring and set up your own equipment. The NDE Forum can accommodate two or three company representatives demonstrating their products at any one time. No product sales will be permitted at the NDE Forum, but participants may distribute literature and have hospitality suites.

The NDE Forum will be located in a foyer near the registration area and the technical session rooms. Coffee, refreshments, and snacks will be available in this area to provide the Forum participants maximum exposure to Conference attendees.

Each company will be asked to contribute $250 for the one-day event. If your company's representatives wish to attend the conference technical sessions, they must each register and pay conference fees separately through ASME.

To reserve a place at the NDE Forum, send your response by April 30, 2004. Make checks payable to: ASME PVP Division. The choice of table location will be based on registration order - first come first served. Contact us for more information, a conference registration form, or a hotel registration form. Also, you may register on-line.
