Dr. Zheng Cui is a Principal Scientist and leader of MNT Engineering Application Group at the Rutherford Appleton Laboratory, UK. He has been in the field over 18 years, has authored and co-authored over 180 technical papers and written two books, "Micro-Nanofabrication Technologies and Applications" (Springer, 2006) and “Nanofabrication: Principles, Capabilities and Limits” (Springer, May 2008).
