Registration
fees are subject to 17.5% VAT and will be collected in United
Kingdom Pounds (GBP).
Registration fee includes daily coffee/tea, daily lunch, evening reception,
and one set of programme materials.
Cancellations/Substitutions:
For a refund of fees (less £25 + VAT admin charge), cancellations
must be made at least two weeks prior to the event. Replacement delegates
are welcome at any time.

Travel Policy:
ASME is not responsible for the purchase of non-refundable airline tickets
or the cancellation/change fees associated with canceling a flight. ASME
retains the right to cancel a course/conference up until 3 weeks of the
