Technical Program Chair (TPC)/Steering Committee Chair (SCC)
To access this role, login as a "Steering Committee Chair/Technical
Program Chair.” This login also has the functionality of a Track
Leader and Session Organizer.
Q. How do I create a Track/Division?
A. Go to "Organize > Track/Division.” Choose the link, "New
Division/Track.” Choose Division or Track, fill in the title and
session code. Then click "Add Division/Track.” Please note
you can remove a track by going to "Organize > Track/Division" and
clicking on the Track/Division to be deleted. Click the button "Delete
Division/Track" at the bottom of the screen.
Q. How do I assign a Track/Division Leader?
A. Go to "Organize > Track/Division.” Choose the appropriate
track/Division and click on, "Add Leader.” Please have the
Track Leader's email address, full name and phone number available to
assign them a user account. Email confirmation will be sent to newly
assigned Track/Division Leader.
