Conference Registration

GENERAL INFORMATION
Conference badges should be worn at all times. Admission to all conference functions will be by conference badge only.


Registration Hours
On-site registration will be available during the following hours:


Sunday September 25: 8:00AM - 4:00PM
Monday, September 26: 7:30AM - 4:00PM
Tuesday, September 27: 7:30AM - 4:00PM
Wednesday, September 28: 7:30AM - 4:00PM


REGISTRATION RATES
Early-bird registration is now closed. To register for the conference, please register on-site.


Standard Rates
Member Standard Onsite Registration-Full: $645
Non-Member Standard Onsite Registration: $845
One-Day Member Standard Onsite Registration: $545
One-Day Non-Member Standard Onsite Registration: $700
ASME Student Member Standard Onsite Registration: $175
Student Non-Member Standard Onsite Registration: $200
ASME Life Member: $25


REGISTRATION CATEGORY DESCRIPTIONS
Please note the registration category descriptions below.


Full fees include admission to all technical sessions, all coffee breaks, opening reception, (1) Luncheon ticket, (1) CD-ROM proceedings and a registration gift.
Student Member & Student Non-Member fees include admission to technical sessions, all coffee breaks, opening reception, (1) CD-ROM proceedings and a registration gift.
One-day fees include admission to technical sessions for 1 day only, (1) CD-ROM proceedings and registration gift.


Note: All food and beverage events are subject to change or may be eliminated without notice.


REFUNDS/CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations must be received in writing by September 9, 2005 to receive a refund. A $100 cancellation fee will be applied. Send requests to Kim Punter, ASME International, 3 Park Avenue, MS 22E5, New York, NY 10016.


COOPERATING SOCIETIES
