In 2005, two of the largest ASME conferences will join their members in beautiful San Francisco for an entire week of technical programming, networking, and the exchange of cutting edge research. With over 800 people in attendance, your company has the opportunity to join some of the brightest international minds in today's aerospace, nuclear, biotechnology, automotive, chemical, electronic and energy markets.

These high-end professionals will exchange technical information in areas ranging from energy to electronic systems as well as research from computational and numerical methods to multi-phase phenomena. Be an Exhibitor! Join this diverse group of engineers from all over the world and exhibit your company and its products during the busiest times of the conferences. All exhibitors will be provided with a 6ft table top and immersed in the captured audience of attendees during all of the coffee breaks and poster sessions located in the gorgeous Colonial Room and Italian Foyer on the Mezzanine Floor. The Privileges of Sponsorship! ASME offers several sponsorship opportunities for you and your company with options tailored for every budget. Read below for further details on these opportunities, and contact Richard Ulvila for pricing information.

  1. Cyber Café (Internet/E-mail Station):
    • 3 sponsorship opportunities, $2,500.00 ea.
    • Exclusive sponsorship, $6,000.00 total.
    Attendees want to stay in touch when they are out of the office, and you can help them with your company in mind! We will set up e-mail stations and will include an area for your company literature, signage and your website as the homepage on each computer.

  2. Sponsor Giveaways:
    • Contact Richard Ulvila to discuss this option.
    Include company literature, promotional items, and giveaways in the tote bags provided to every registrant. You can include invitations to visit your company or announcements of product demonstrations or other giveaways. This is a great way to ensure you reach everyone in attendance!

  3. Tote Bags for Registrants:
    • 2 sponsorship opportunities, $3,000.00 ea.
    First impressions are lasting ones! Sponsors will have their company name and logo attractively printed on one side of all tote bags provided to every registrant.

  4. Food and Beverage Events:

    A refreshing way to get the visibility you want! We have a variety of food events during the week that provides perfect exposure for your company. Contact us to discuss pricing for the following opportunities:
    • Opening Reception - all registrants are invited to the top floor of the Westin St. Francis in the heart of Union Square. With nearly 360° views of San Francisco, this Opening Reception promises to be the social highlight of the week. Different sponsorship options include the following:
      • Exclusive full sponsorship of the entire Reception: Not only will your company enjoy exclusive recognition during the Reception, including your company's name and logo on the conference website, on signage throughout the Conference and within the printed program, your company will also receive free registration to the Conferences for 4 people, a table for 8 at the reception, and a complimentary room in the hotel that evening. Further, your company will also have the opportunity to make an opening remark and hang your company's banner during the reception as well as having your company name and/or logo printed on the drink beverage napkins and table tents as well as providing an A/V presentation.
      • Your company name and/or logo printed on the drink beverage napkins.
      • Showcase your company via an A/V presentation during the event.
      • Your company name and/or logo on table tents.
    • Keynote Speaker Luncheon(s) - on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday of that week, the Conference will host an industry-leading Keynote Speaker during an informal box luncheon. During the Luncheon, the different sponsorship options include the following:
      • Exclusive full sponsorship during one of the entire Luncheons: Not only will your company enjoy exclusive recognition during the Luncheon, including your company's name and logo on the conference website, on signage throughout the Conference and within the printed program, your company will receive free registration to the Conferences for 4 people, seating for 4 at the luncheon, and a complimentary room in the hotel that evening. Further, your company will also have the opportunity to make an opening remark and hang your company's banner during the event as well as having your company's name and/or logo printed on the table tents.
      • Your company name and/or logo on table tents.
    • Refreshment Breaks - twice each day, all of the conference attendees take a 30-minute recess for refreshments during the mid-morning and mid-afternoon. During these Breaks, the different sponsorship options include the following:
      • Exclusive full sponsorship of a Refreshment Break: Not only will your company enjoy exclusive recognition during this food event, including your company's name and logo on the conference website, on signage throughout the Conference and within the printed program, your company will receive a free registration to the Conferences and an opportunity to hang your company's banner during the refreshment break as well as providing an A/V presentation and booth space to exhibit your company's products and services.
      • Showcase your company via an A/V presentation during the event.
      • Set up a table to exhibit your company's products and services.
    • Authors' Continental Breakfast(s) - each morning, all authors who will present a paper that day are invited to a continental breakfast. During the separate Breakfasts, the different sponsorship options include the following:
      • Exclusive full sponsorship of one of the Authors' Breakfasts: Not only will your company enjoy exclusive recognition during a Breakfast, including your company's name and logo on the conference website, on signage throughout the Conference and within the printed program, your company will receive a free registration to the Conferences and an opportunity to hang your company's banner during the breakfast, having your company's name and/or logo printed on the table tents, and providing an A/V presentation.
      • Showcase your company via an A/V presentation during the event.
      • Your company name and/or logo on table tents.

  5. On-Site Advertisement:

    Throughout the entire week, we offer numerous means by which your company can achieve constant exposure to all conference registrants. Contact us to discuss pricing for the following opportunities:
    • Exhibit your company and its products during poster sessions.
    • Room signs which designate location of technical sessions.
    • Your company's banner prominently positioned on the bulletin board.
    • Set up a table to exhibit your company's products and services.

  6. Badge Lanyards (Neck Cords):
    • 1 sponsorship opportunity, $1,000.00
    Gain maximum visibility by providing attendees with colorful badge lanyards (neck cords) displaying your company name and/or logo.

  7. Printed Program:
    • Full program sponsorship, $8,000.00

    All registrants will receive a printed program of the events and technical sessions for the entire week. Make sure your company gets its full exposure to every registrant through a full page advertisement.
