Advance registration is now closed. Anyone wishing to register must register onsite at the Westin St. Francis.
Conference badges should be worn at all times. Admission to all conference functions will be by conference badge only.

Registration Category Descriptions

Regular Registrants include: ASME Members, Cooperating Society Members, ASME Life Members
Full Registrants: Regular Registrants, Non-Member Registration, Life Members will receive (1) conference proceeding, entrance to all technical sessions to both conferences, (1) Award Luncheon Ticket to your primary division selection registration, (1) conference giveaway.
One-Day Registration: Registrants under this category will have entrance to technical sessions to both conferences for that day ONLY, (1) conference proceeding (1) conference giveaway.
Student Member, Non-Student Member: Include admission to all technical sessions to both conferences and food and beverage functions, and (1) giveaway.
Note: All food and beverage events are subject to change or may be eliminated without notice.
Refunds/Cancellations
Cancellations must be received in writing by July 8th to receive a refund. A $100 cancellation fee will be applied. Send requests to Kim Punter, ASME International, 3 Park Avenue, MS 22E5, New York, NY 10016.
Cooperating Societies
Members of cooperating societies may register for 2005 ASME International Summer Heat Transfer and InterPACK conferences at the Regular Registrant rate.
How to Register
All conference attendees MUST register, including authors, panelists, session organizers, and chairs.
