Cooperating Societies
Members of cooperating societies may register for the Congress at the ASME member rate.

Registration Policies

1. Full registration fee includes admission to all technical sessions, track sessions, poster sessions, exhibits, keynote session, and honors assembly and (1) one copy of DVD conference proceedings, (1) free on-line personal subscription for one year to an ASME Transaction Journal not currently subscribed to, and (1) food and beverage coupon.
2. One Day registration fee includes admission to ONE DAY ONLY of technical sessions, track sessions, poster sessions, exhibits; keynote session, and honors assembly and one (1) copy of DVD conference proceedings, (1) free on-line personal subscription for one year to an ASME Transaction Journal not currently subscribed to, and (1) food and beverage coupon.
3. Student Member and Student Non-Member registration fees include admission to all technical sessions, track sessions, poster sessions, exhibits, keynote session, honors assembly and one (1) copy of DVD conference proceedings, (1) free on-line personal subscription for one year to an ASME Transaction Journal not currently subscribed to, and (1) food and beverage coupon.
4. Registrants who qualify at the "no charge" categories are required to register in order to obtain an official Congress conference badge. No charge categories include: committee meetings, and accompanying guest(s). Committee meeting participants and accompanying guest(s), can attend exhibits and exhibit hall and opening night exhibit hall reception on Monday, November 7, 2005, poster sessions, keynote session, and honors assembly and also receive free exhibitor directory.

   The above registration categories do not include technical sessions, track sessions, DVD conference proceedings, free on-line personal subscription or food and beverage coupon.
6. To attend the technical sessions, you must register and obtain the official Congress badge.
7. Refund requests must be fax by October 21, 2005 to (212) 591-7856. ASME will assess a $75 administrative fee for all cancellations. Cancellations after October 21, 2005 will not be honored.
8. Non-members who pay the full non-member conference registration fee are eligible for one year free ASME Membership.
9. Life members can attend exhibits and exhibit hall and opening night exhibit hall reception on Monday, November 7, 2005, poster sessions, keynote session, and honors assembly and also receive free exhibitor directory. Life members may also attend all technical sessions and track sessions, but do not receive DVD conference proceedings.
10. This Student Member category does not include the DVD conference proceedings, free on-line personal subscription or food and beverage coupon.
