REGISTRATION
POLICIES:
* Students are entitled to one-year FREE ASME Student Membership. A
Student must be currently enrolled in an Undergraduate or Graduate program for
registration. A proper student ID will be required for admission.
** Exhibit Only registration allows you access to the exhibit area and admission
to Keynote Presentation. Admission to seminars requires registration.
Badges are required to be worn at all times. Those without a badge will be denied
access to the seminars.
ASME Travel Policy: ASME is not responsible for the purchase
of non-refundable airline tickets or the cancellation/change fees associated
with canceling a flight. ASME retains the right to cancel a seminar up until
3 weeks of the scheduled presentation date.
Cancellation/Refund
Policy: Cancellation requests should be sent by e-mail to asmebioprocess@asme.org.
Cancellations made 21 business days prior to the program (May 14) will qualify
for a full refund. After May 14, cancellations are subject to a $250 administrative
charge. Cancellations on or after the first day of the seminar are subject to
