Registration Fee
includes: Admission to ALL Sessions; Continental Breakfast
(Monday & Tuesday); (1) Ticket for the Conference Luncheon (Monday);
(1) Ticket for the Roe Luncheon (Tuesday); Opening Reception (Sunday);
C&S Reception (Monday); Morning & Afternoon breaks on Monday
& Tuesday.
+Non-Member registrants are entitled to one year free ASME
Membership.
++ASME Student Members must show a copy of their current student
identification cards at the registration desk.
+++All Student Non-Members are entitled to one year free ASME
Membership. All students must show a copy of their student identification
at the registration desk.
++++All Spouse registrations must be submitted with (1) fully
paid registration form.
*If you are planning to attend the Golf outing, please fill out the
Golf Outing Event Sign-up form on the conference web site and return
to ASME. Registrations will NOT be processed without the form.
All cancellation requests
must be made in writing and faxed or postmarked by June 10, 2009.
Please note all cancellations will be subject to $100 processing fee.
Refunds will be made within four weeks of the end of the conference.
Cancellations will not be accepted after June 10, 2009. "No shows"
are not refundable and are liable for the full registration fee. Instead
of cancelling your registration may be transferred by giving a colleague
a written authorization. |
