Registration Policies:
Special Promotions for registration may be offered. Promotion descriptions
as well as terms and conditions will be described elsewhere on this website.

All Student registrants are required to fax in a copy
of their current student identification. Student Non-Members are
entitled to one year free ASME Student Membership. |

Spouse/Guest registrants are entitled to the following food
functions only: Opening Reception on Sunday evening; breakfasts on
Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday; and luncheons on Monday and Tuesday. |

For Committee-only and ASME Staff registrants -- Governance Meetings;
Nominating Meetings (by invitation only); Career Expo; Opening Reception;
Plenary Sessions and Workshops are free of charge. There will be
a charge for the following: Professional Development/Training Courses;
Golf Outing (charity event), 5K Walk/Run (charity event); Keynote
Speaker Luncheon; ASME Foundation Roe Lecture and Luncheon. Net proceeds
from the charity events will be donated to Engineers Without Borders. |

Be sure to submit your Golf Outing/5K Walk/Run waiver form with
your registration form. |
All cancellation requests must be made in writing and faxed or postmarked
by June 2nd, 2008. Please note all cancellations will be subject to a
$100 processing fee. Refunds will be made within four weeks of the end
of the conference. Cancellations will not be accepted after June 2nd,
2008. “No shows” are not refundable and are liable for the
full registration fee. Instead of canceling, your registration may be
transferred by giving a colleague a written authorization.
