Todd R. Allen has worked with Johnson & Johnson (New Jersey) for nearly 12 years in engineering management, research & development operations management, and leadership development for Ph.D., MS, BS scientists and engineers, and international MBA recruitment. He has over 25 years of professional engineering practice.

He is active in many engineering societies and professional organizations, including ASME, the American Association of Engineering Societies, where he chairs its Diversity Coalition, and the National Science Foundation.

Allen received a bachelor’s degree in engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology, a master’s degree in engineering from Tulane University and a master’s of science degree in engineering management from Syracuse University. He holds certifications in human resource management, behavioral-based interviewing and executive coaching from the Hudson Institute of Santa Barbara.
