Jackie Martin is an experienced designer and facilitator with Training Systems, Inc., a customized performance improvement and human resources consulting company.

At Training Systems, Inc., Martin is dedicated to helping small and medium sized organizations enhance their ability to recruit, inspire, and retain quality employees and improve performance through training. The company also provides training design and facilitation services to training companies, the training departments of large companies, and trade and professional associations.

Martin is also currently a leader in an international direct selling organization where she directs a team of independent business owners providing support and training both on a local and national level. She is also the former director of communications and training for Citizens Against Crime, a national franchise company, where she facilitated thousands of seminars for companies across the country. She has designed and facilitated training for staff at every level in industries from banking to corporate aviation to mechanical engineering to healthcare.

Martin has created self study training, group, in-person and web-based training as well as advertising campaigns and marketing materials. She has written corporate newsletters, produced national sales conventions, and managed a successful public relations campaigns.
