Angela Hedgecock, PE, is the national project development engineer at Johnson Controls, Inc. She has spent the last eight years working in the energy and water conservation fields and has developed projects in the K-12, higher education, healthcare, state and local government, LEEree green buildings and municipal metering and wastewater markets. Hedgecock has developed more than $150M worth of paid-from savings projects during her career. She is a registered mechanical engineer in Florida, Georgia, Alabama, North and South Carolina, and Louisiana. She is a certified energy manager, certified power quality engineer, and a leadership in energy and environmental design accredited professional. Hedgecock holds a bachelor’s of science in chemical engineering and a master’s of science in engineering management from the University of South Florida.
