Reservation Policies
All reservations must be made directly with the hotel. WINVR09 does not offer a hotel reservation service. Reduced rates are subject to availability. Hotel bookings must be guaranteed by credit card (guests will pay for their accommodation directly upon departure). Reservation requests without such guarantee will not be processed. All room blocks will be released after 02 January 2009. Please note that the room blocks will be released at different dates for each hotel. After this date discounted rates cannot be guaranteed. We therefore advise you to book early. If the hotel is fully booked, the organisers reserve the right to book the best alternative accommodation possible. Hotel bookings cannot be processed without an official WIN VR 09 registration. Please check the individual conditions for cancellations of hotel reservations. In the case of no shows or cancellations made after the stipulated date on the individual conditions, the Hotel will charge the room rate for the total envisaged period of stay.
