ASME has negotiated discount airfares for travel on both Delta and American Airlines. ASME benefits when you use our Airline Partners for ASME’s Meetings and Staff Travel.

To take advantage of a 5% discount on AA, American Eagle and AmericanConnections. It’s simple. This discount can be booked on-line at www.aa.com/group for AA/AE Flights only, without a ticketing charge, allow at least 1 business hour for AA.com loading. Use the Authorization Number noted below as the AA.com Promotion Code. After you have selected your flight(s) under the “Enter Passenger Details” tab, go to the “AA.com Promotional Code” field and enter in your Authorization Code: A4142DG.

*Reservations and Ticketing*
For reservations and ticketing information, call AmericanAirlines Meeting Services desk, or have your travel professional call 1-800-433-1790 from anywhere in the United States or Canada, seven days a week, from 6:00a.m. to 12:00 midnight (Central Time), and reference the authorization number shown above. Reservations for the hearing and speech impaired are also available at 1-800-543-1586. There is a $20.00 USD Reservation service fee for tickets issued through AA reservations, and a $30.00 USD ticketing fee for tickets issued at the airport.

Delta Air Lines is offering discounts off eligible published fares to ASME members and staff. Choose the options below for your booking method...

1. Call Delta Meeting Network Reservations at 1-800-328-1111, Monday - Friday, 7:00a.m. - 7:00 p.m. (Central Time) and refer to File Meeting Code NM87A. Delta will waive the $25.00 ticketing fee.
2. Or have your travel agent call Delta's toll-free number to obtain these same advantages for you. Have them refer to File Meeting Code NM87A.
