The 16th US National Congress of Theoretical and Applied Mechanics welcomes exhibits from publishers and other professional representatives.

Exhibitor Fees

$750 for one exhibitor representative on-site with six-foot display table.

• Additional company representatives may attend for $550 (registration by March 31), $650 (registration after March 31), or $450 (one-day).

$350 for an unmanned display table of materials (no exhibitor representative on-site).

Credit card payment can be accepted only with online registration.
Audio Visual Order Form - to order audio-visual equipment and electric service from The Penn Stater Conference Center Hotel for exhibit displays, utilize the Audio Visual Order Form.

Shipment of materials - small or medium-sized boxes of materials containing brochures, order forms, and/or books for displays - may be sent in advance (delivery by Friday, June 25) to:

Note: extra large/heavy display boxes or pallet of materials will be refused delivery as the exhibit space for this conference will be tabletop. Return shipment of all post-conference materials is the responsibility of the exhibitor.
