GES is involved in many areas relative to the show and if at any time during the planning process you are unsure where to turn, just ask them, they are at your service.
Please ensure that you review this section carefully as it contains information, DISCOUNT PRICES and order forms for each of the many services being provided by GES. To take advantage of our DISCOUNT PRICING, all order forms and full payment must be received on or before the Discount Date indicated on each form.

Each exhibit space will be constructed from the Octanorm modular system, using aluminum profiles with white infill panels to rear 2.5m walls and 1m high dividing walls. 300mm deep fascia to all open sides with a standard name board per side detailing company name and stand number will be provided.
Exhibiting companies can upgrade to a hard wall booth packages purchased from the General Services Contractor.
A standard shell scheme package for €69.50 per square meter includes:
- 3 side walls, 2.50 meters high
- Aluminum frame system walls
- 1 graphic board with company name per open side
- 3 spotlights (The mandatory electrical main connection of 2.3 kW will be ordered automatically on your behalf and not included in price.)
- 9 square meters carpet
- 1 table and 2 chairs
- Daily vacuum cleaning
A premium shell scheme package for €119.13 per square meter includes:
- 3 side walls, 2.50 meters high
- aluminum frame system walls
- 1 graphic board with company name per open side
- 5 spotlights (The mandatory electrical main connection of 2.3 kW will be ordered automatically on your behalf and not included in price.)
- 18 square meters carpet
- 1 table and 4 chairs
- 1 wastebasket
- 1 credenza, lockable
- 1 storage room (1.5 square meters), lockable
