Registration Fees**

All fees include 25%* Danish Value-Added Tax (VAT). ASME is required to be registered for VAT in Denmark and is to collect and remit the entire VAT amount to the Danish Government. VAT on your fee is in most cases refundable and so is VAT paid on most expenses incurred in Denmark. For further information concerning VAT, contact TaxPort USA Corp. Free ASME Membership
Non-ASME members who pay a Nonmember registration fee and students who pay the student fee can receive a one-year ASME membership free. Cancellation/Refund Policy:

• Cancellations made through 14 May 2012 will receive a full refund, less a €75 administration fee.
• Cancellations made between 15 May 2012 and 31 May 2012 will receive a full refund, less a €200 administration fee.
• No refunds will be granted after 31 May 2012. NO EXCEPTIONS. No-shows will not be eligible for refunds.
• All changes, except full cancellations, that result in a refund will incur a €50 administration fee.

Visas and Letters of Invitation
