Free ASME Membership
Non-ASME members who pay a Nonmember 5-day registration fee and students
who pay the student fee can receive a one-year ASME membership free. ASME
will contact eligible registrants and invite them to join within 90 days
after the conference. For more information about ASME membership visit

Cancellation/Refund Policy:
- Cancellations made through May 9, 2011 will receive a full refund,
less a $75 administration fee.
- Cancellations made between May 10, 2011 and May 31, 2011 will receive
a full refund, less a $200 administration fee.
- No refunds will be granted after May 31, 2011. NO EXCEPTIONS.
No-shows will not be eligible for refunds.
- All changes, except full cancellations, that result in a refund will
incur a $50 administration fee.
Visas and Letters of Invitation
If you require a letter of invitation to Turbo Expo as a part of a visa
application, you must submit a completed request form
to IGTI via email or fax no later than March 31, 2011.
