FINAL PROGRAM/EXHIBIT DIRECTORY
Each attendee will receive a Final Program/Exhibit Directory for the Show.
The directory includes an alphabetical list of exhibitors with brief company
description, a floor plan and a product directory. For a nominal fee,
exhibiting companies can have an enhanced listing which includes a company
logo placed beside their company information (creating instant recognition)
as well as a more detailed company description. Advertisement opportunities
are also available. Please
see the Advance and Final program Advertising Insertion Order Form for
pricing and ordering information.
HOSPITALITY SUITE/MEETING ROOM REQUESTS
Exhibitors are welcome to reserve a Hospitality Suite or Conference Room
at the official hotel for private meetings, presentations and hospitality
functions that do not conflict with Turbo Expo Show hours. Rooms/suites
can be booked on an “as available” basis by completing the
Exhibiting
Company Hospitality Suite/Meeting Room Reservation Form. Contact igtiexpo@asme.org
if you would like to have your meeting/suite included in the printed Final
Program for a nominal fee.
SHOW LOGO
As an exhibitor, you are encouraged to use the ASME TURBO EXPO logo on
any of your company's promotional materials. This includes company letterhead,
brochures, advertisements, envelopes, newsletters, and any other promotional
materials. To have the ASME TURBO EXPO 2010 logo sent to you electronically,
please contact igtiexpo@asme.org.
WEB SITE LINK
For maximum exposure for the Turbo Expo 2010 exhibition, be sure to include
a logo link from your company Web page. Contact IGTI for a Turbo Expo
2010 Show logo. An example might include: Visit us at booth #xxx at Turbo
Expo 2010, June 8-14 in Glasgow, Scotland UK in an events calendar.
PEOPLE'S CHOICE AWARD
As an exhibitor, you always try to come up with creative ways to attract
attendees to your display — now be rewarded for your efforts! The
People's Choice Award is given to the exhibiting company which attendees
vote as the best booth in the large and small booth categories. Ballots
will be located in the Final Program/Exhibit Directory and a bin will
be placed at the front of the Exhibit Hall in which attendees will deposit
their votes. Encourage attendees who visit your booth to complete the
ballot on behalf of your company. The winners will be announced in the
Exhibit Hall on Thursday afternoon during the Closing Ceremony. Request
complimentary
customer invitation passes to send to your customers to encourage
them to visit you.

EXHIBIT HALL PRESENTATION STAGE
Every visitor, delegate and exhibitor at Turbo Expo can attend any of
the exhibit hall stage presentations, FREE OF CHARGE. Be sure to sign
up to secure your company spot on the stage. Spaces are available on a
first-come, first-serve basis. Each presentation is limited to 30 minutes.
To secure your spot, return the stage space reservation form today. Request
complimentary customer invitation passes to send to your customers to
encourage them to visit your presentation.
COMPLIMENTARY PREFERRED CUSTOMER INVITATIONS – EXHIBIT FREE
PASSES
These invitations are best used along with a personal letter of invitation
to your best and potential customers. These invitations are also effective
as inserts in your regular mailings. Each invitation gains the bearer
complimentary admission into the Exposition. Use of this invitation helps
ensure that your booth is on the attendees' list of booths to visit. The
more invitations you send, the greater the return on your investment.
If invitations are needed, complete the Customer Pass Order Form. Orders
for printed copies should be received by March 6, 2010 and will be mailed
to you by April 3, 2010. After that date, requests will be processed based
on availability. See below for electronic versions of the passes. IGTI
will provide an award to the company that has the most visitors use the
passes.

PRE-REGISTRATION LIST
Expand your company's pre-show marketing efforts by utilizing a complimentary
copy of the advance registration list for ASME TURBO EXPO 2010. The list
will be sent to you via email approximately 30 days prior to the Show
by request only. To request a copy
of the pre-registration list, contact the IGTI Expo Department.
PRESS ROOM/ASME PUBLIC INFORMATION OFFICE
Begin early by accessing the ASME Public Information Office for possible
placement of your company's story leads in the official pre-show press
guide sent to media contacts worldwide. Request to have your company’s
ASME Turbo Expo press release posted on the site by contacting Rebecca
Watrous at watrousr@asme.org. Did

SPONSORSHIPS
Exciting brand-enhancing sponsorship packages are also available! Packages
are designed around your particular corporate goals and are an extremely

ONLINE EXHIBITOR DIRECTORY AND PRODUCT LOCATOR
Every Exhibiting Company will be responsible for accessing and updating
their company listing. The information in the Online
Exhibitor Directory will be used for the creation of the printed Exhibitor
Directory that will be distributed to attendees at the Show as well as
attendees can search for exhibitors by product category prior to the Show
to plan their floor visits. To be included in the printed Final Program,
your online listing must be updated by April 2, 2010. Contact igtiexpo@asme.org

LEAD RETRIEVAL
Each ASME TURBO EXPO 2010 registrant will receive a lead retrieval card
containing his complete registration information. The registrant will
carry the card with him throughout the exposition. Each exhibitor has
the opportunity to rent a reader at a nominal fee. As the registrant enters
your booth, you insert his/her card into the reader and the lead retrieval
card reader in your booth immediately prints and stores the registrant's
