Registration Fees**

All fees include 17.5%* UK Value-Added Tax (VAT). ASME is required to be registered for VAT in the UK and is to collect and remit the entire VAT amount to the UK Government. VAT on your fee is in most cases refundable and so is VAT paid on most expenses incurred in the UK. For further information concerning VAT, contact TaxPort USA Corp. Free ASME Membership
Non-ASME members who pay a Nonmember 5-day registration fee and students who pay the student fee can receive a one-year ASME membership free. ASME will contact eligible registrants and invite them to join within 90 days after the conference. Cancellation/Refund Policy:

• Cancellations made through 17 May 2010 will receive a full refund, less a €75 administration fee.
• Cancellations made between 18 May 2010 and 7 June 2010 will receive a full refund, less a €200 administration fee.
• No refunds will be granted after 7 June 2010 NO EXCEPTIONS. No-shows will not be eligible for refunds.
• All changes, except full cancellations, that result in a refund will incur a €50 administration fee.

Visas and Letters of Invitation
