ADVERTISING
Affordable advertising opportunities are available in the official Advance and Final Programs. Contact IGTI for details or visit the Turbo Expo Ad Insertion Order Form. * SPECIAL OFFER * Advertise in any of our supporting publications and receive up to a 50% discount off any TURBO EXPO ad.

ONLINE EXHIBITOR DIRECTORY
Every exhibiting company is provided with a company/product listing in the Online Exhibitor Directory. You will receive a username and password with instructions outlining how to access the directory and update your listing. Those instructions are also included here. The information you provide in the Online Exhibitor Directory will be used for your listing in the Printed Final Program/Exhibit Directory. All information must be updated by March 3, 2008. If you have any questions or require further assistance, please contact IGTI.

FINAL PROGRAM/EXHIBIT DIRECTORY
Each attendee will receive a Final Program/Exhibit Directory for the Show. The directory includes an alphabetical list of exhibitors, a floor plan and a product directory. Also, for a nominal fee, exhibiting companies can have an enhanced listing which includes a company logo placed beside the company information, creating instant recognition. Advertisement opportunities are also available. Please see the Advance and Final program Advertising Insertion Order Form for pricing and ordering information.

HOSPITALITY SUITE/MEETING ROOM REQUESTS
Exhibitors are welcome to reserve a Hospitality Suite or Conference Room at the official hotel for private meetings, presentations and hospitality functions. Rooms/suites can be booked on an "as available" basis by completing the Exhibiting Company Hospitality Suite/Meeting Room Reservation Form.

SHOW LOGO
As an exhibitor, you are encouraged to use the ASME TURBO EXPO logo on any of your company's promotional materials. This includes company letterhead, brochures, advertisements, envelopes, newsletters, and any other promotional materials. To have the ASME TURBO EXPO 2008 logo sent to you electronically, please contact Kristin Barranger at +1-404-847-0072 x1646 or igtiexpo@asme.org.

WEB SITE LINK
For maximum exposure for the Turbo Expo 2008 exhibition, be sure to include a logo link from your company Web page. Contact IGTI for a Turbo Expo 2008 Show logo. An example might include: Visit us at booth #xxx at Turbo Expo 2008, June 9-13 in Berlin Germany in an events calendar.

PEOPLE'S CHOICE AWARD
As an exhibitor, you always try to come up with creative ways to attract attendees to your display -- now be rewarded for your efforts! The People's Choice Award is given to the exhibiting company which attendees vote as the best booth in the large and small booth categories. Ballots will be located in the Final Program/Exhibit Directory and a bin will be placed at the front of the Exhibit Hall in which attendees will deposit their votes. Encourage attendees who visit your booth to complete the ballot on behalf of your company. The winners will be announced in the Exhibit Hall on Thursday afternoon, June 12.

2007 People's Choice Award Winners: National Research Council Canada and Calnetix. For an exposition slide show from Turbo Expo 2007, visit the 2007 Montreal Highlights page.

EXHIBIT HALL PRESENTATION STAGE
Every visitor, delegate and exhibitor at Turbo Expo can attend any of the exhibit hall stage presentations, FREE OF CHARGE. Be sure to sign up to secure your company spot on the stage. Spaces are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Each presentation is limited to 45 minutes. To secure your spot, return the stage space reservation form today.

PREFERRED CUSTOMER INVITATIONS
These invitations are best used along with a personal letter of invitation to your best and potential customers. These invitations are also effective as inserts in your regular mailings. Each invitation gains the bearer complimentary admission into the Exposition. Use of this invitation helps ensure that your booth is on the attendees' list of booths to visit. The more invitations you send, the greater the return on your investment. If invitations are needed, complete the Customer Pass Order Form. Requested printed copies will be distributed in April. If you would like to send them electronically, 2 versions of the invitation are available.
