Each registrant will register with the basic logistics of address, telephone number, fax number, etc. The registrant will also complete an Attendee Profile, detailing job function, decision-making authority, company description, user or specifier qualifications, and upcoming purchasing or specifying plans. Badges will be electronically produced along with a lead retrieval card provided by Smart-Reg International.
Each ASME TURBO EXPO 2008 registrant will receive a lead retrieval card containing his complete registration information. The registrant will carry the card with him throughout the exposition. Each exhibitor has the opportunity to rent a reader at a nominal fee. As the registrant enters your booth, you insert his/her card into the reader and the lead retrieval card reader in your booth immediately prints and stores the registrant's profile data.
This system is state-of-the-art, and once the data has been retrieved, can be used in a number of ways to assist you in successful marketing efforts.
To order a lead retrieval system, please complete the Lead Retrieval Order Form and return to Smart-Reg International. Please note that the sooner the order is placed the less expensive the rental will be. All advance orders must be placed by May 12, 2008 to receive the advance discount rate.
