Conference Proceedings
Technical Conference Proceedings are available on CD at no cost for individuals selecting the full conference package. The proceedings are also available for advance purchase through the Conference Registration Form and can be picked up in the ASME Publication Sales Booth in the Expo hall.
Exhibitor Advisory Committee (EAC)
The EAC was formed to provide a vehicle for exhibitor input in the exposition planning process. All exhibitors are invited to make suggestions to members of this committee. Exhibitor Briefing
Beginning at 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday, May 15, show management and service contractors will brief exhibitors on policies and procedures for a successful show. There will be important information shared at this meeting so all exhibitors are responsible for having a representative present.
Exhibitor Move-In
Move in for all exhibitors will begin at 8:00am on Sunday, May 13.
Once exhibit crates and cartons have been emptied, exhibitors should place empty stickers on crates and leave the crates in aisles (except designated no-freight aisles) for removal from hall. "EMPTY" stickers will be available at the Exhibitor Services Desk.
If displays or equipment are delivered late, the exhibitor will be required to wait for installation until after the exposition closing hour on the day of delivery. Exhibitors will be responsible for all associated charges.
Exhibitor Move-Out
Exhibitor move-out will begin promptly at 2:30 p.m. Thursday, May 17.
The first order of business will be to remove the aisle carpet. After this task has been completed, GES will begin returning EMPTY cartons and crates to the appropriate booths. Crates will not be returned in any specific order. Your patience and cooperation will assist us in expediting their return to your booth. All exhibitor materials must be removed from the show site by 3:00 p.m. on Friday, May 18. Displays left on the show floor after this time will be dismantled and removed at the exhibitor's expense and risk.
Grand Opening & Daily Exhibit Hall Luncheons
An Exposition Grand Opening Luncheon will be held on Tuesday, May 15, on the show floor from 12:15 to 2:30 p.m. To be a sponsor of this event, please complete the Application for Sponsorship. Lunch is complimentary to all full conference attendees. Lunch can also be purchased in advance for your exhibit personnel. To purchase a lunch ticket, please refer to the Exhibitor Registration Form.
Lunch on Wednesday, May 16 and/or Thursday, May 17 is also available for purchase on the Exhibitor Registration Form.
Insurance Certificates
All Exhibitors shall obtain and keep in force from May 13 to May 18, 2007, policies of General Liability and Property Insurance in an amount not less than $1,000,000 Combined Single Limit for personal injury and property damage. A copy of the Certificate of Insurance for the above coverage, naming ASME as a co-insured party, must be sent to IGTI by April 1, 2007.
If alcoholic beverages are to be served in exhibitor's booth, it is recommended exhibitor carry proof of liquor liability insurance.

IGTI Recognition Luncheon and Keynote Session
The ASME TURBO EXPO 2007 IGTI Recognition Luncheon and Keynote Session will take place on Monday afternoon, May 14, from 12 Noon to 3:00 p.m. Prestigious ASME and IGTI award recipients will be honored during this annual event. Some of these awards include the 2007 Aircraft Engine Technology Award and the 2007 R. Tom Sawyer Award. This luncheon will also honor all of the IGTI volunteers who assisted in the planning of ASME TURBO EXPO 2007. Tickets are available for advance purchase on the registration form.
Priority Space Selection Meetings (ASME Turbo Expo 2008)
IGTI will conduct individual Priority Space Selection Meetings to select space for ASME TURBO EXPO 2008. Companies who have exhibited at any time during the past four years will be eligible for a priority number. Invitations to the Priority Space Selection Meetings along with floor plans for the show will be mailed to exhibiting companies prior to their arrival in Montreal. Exhibitors who do not return the space application or are not present when their appointment is set will forfeit their place in the draw for space, but may select a remaining space after their assigned Priority Space Selection Meeting has been completed.
TURBO EXPO Technical Congress Sessions
Technical Sessions include any paper presentations or panel discussions in the ASME TURBO EXPO 2007 Technical Congress. Over 1,000 engineers participate in developing these sessions and are known for the highest achievements in research & development, process & equipment, and theory & applications. IGTI requires stringent review for all published papers.
Exhibiting companies are welcome to register for the Full Technical Congress at a discounted rate. Plus, IGTI is offering additional discounted group rates for companies who send more than 10 people to the Technical Congress.
