3. Badges for Exhibit Crew/NOSC Personnel - Download the Exhibitor Registration Form.
Unlimited badges will be provided to Non-Official Service Contractor (NOSC) personnel. These are individuals who are neither full-time, permanent employees of an exhibiting company nor employees of the official service contractors, but are providing a service to an exhibiting company. Their badges will allow access to the Exhibit Hall during move-in and move-out hours only. The exhibiting firm must return the Notice of Intent to Use Non-Official Service Contractor form.
Each NOSC must submit proof of liability insurance coverage as noted in this kit. Companies who fail to provide these documents will not be provided access to the hall. To obtain a badge, NOSC personnel must submit their name, business card, and appropriate documentation stating the exhibiting company name and booth number onsite.
NOSCs must be badged in order to gain access to the Exhibit Hall. NOSCs must refrain from soliciting business from other exhibitors during move-in, show days, and move-out. If a representative of a NOSC does not have any identification that verifies his employment by an authorized NOSC, he must be accompanied to the Exhibitor Registration Desk by an exhibitor representative or authorized NOSC who will provide verifying identification.
