Once your abstract has been accepted for publication, you will be asked to submit a final work for inclusion in the conference proceedings. Please note the following.

• Your final work must be prepared in accordance with the ASME Author Guidelines and any conference-specific requirements.
• Your final work must include your conference paper number and the proper header. This number was assigned when you submitted your abstract. The conference-specific header can be found under Conference-Specific Information.
• The file name of your final work must include your paper number: [Conference abbreviation]-22345 (e.g., ASME2002-23456).
• Your final work must be submitted as a PDF file. (See guidelines for conversion to PDF.)

IMPORTANT NOTE: Your conference paper number must be included on your final paper. This will be assigned when you submit your abstract. Also note that on the paper status screen, the Final Paper will be referred to as a draft paper.

Required Materials for Publication:

• One final paper (PDF) submitted through your conference author account
• A completed Copyright form. Please submit this form once your abstract has been accepted for publication.
