You'll need to submit a extended abstract for technical review. Please note the following.

• Your extended abstract must be prepared in accordance with the ASME Author Guidelines.
• Your extended abstract must include the proper header. The conference-specific header can be found under Conference-Specific Information.
• Download the extended abstract template in MS Word format.
• Your extended abstract must be submitted as a PDF file. (See guidelines for conversion to PDF.)

IMPORTANT NOTE: Your conference paper number must be included on your final paper. This will be assigned when you submit your extended abstract. Also note that on the paper status screen, the extended abstract will be referred to as a draft paper.

Required Materials for Publication:

• One final paper (PDF) submitted through your conference author account
• A completed Copyright form. Please submit this form once your paper has been accepted for publication.
