These bags will be distributed onsite to all conference attendees and are sure be used throughout the year. Add your company's 4-color logo to the ASME Power 2009 logo. This sponsorship also includes the insertion of one company brochure or other lightweight giveaway in the tote bag.

These user-friendly neck cords will be distributed to all attendees at registration. Include your company name and/or logo.

Opening Reception
This reception, located in the tabletop exhibits area, officially kicks off the conference on Tuesday evening, July 21st. Reach out to all attendees. Signage with your company name and logo will be featured, as well as napkins with your company's logo. This sponsorship also includes an insert of a company brochure or other lightweight giveaway item in the conference tote bags.
Price -$3,000 per company - maximum of two companies
$5,000 - sole sponsorship

Dessert and Coffee at Conference Lunches
Sponsor dessert and coffee for all conference attendees at lunch on Tuesday and/or Wednesday. Beverages will be served in cups imprinted with your company logo, and napkins with your company's logo will be made available to attendees. There will also be signage with your company name.
Price: $1,500 per lunch

Refreshment Breaks
Sponsor a morning or afternoon networking break located in the tabletop exhibit area. Napkins with your company logo will be featured, as well as signage with your company name.
Maximum one company per break.
Price: $1,000 per break

Conference Guide Advertising
