Opening Reception
This reception, located in the tabletop exhibits area, officially kicks off the conference on Monday evening, July 21st. Reach out to all attendees. Signage with your company name and logo will be featured, as well as napkins with your company's logo. This sponsorship also includes an insert of a company brochure or other lightweight giveaway item in the conference tote bags.
Price -$3,000 per company - maximum of two companies
$5,000 - sole sponsorship
Dessert and Coffee at Conference Lunches
Sponsor dessert and coffee for all conference attendees at lunch on Tuesday and/or Wednesday. Dessert will be served in the tabletop exhibit area, located in the ballroom adjoining the lunch area. Beverages will be served in cups imprinted with your company logo, and there will be signage with your company name.
Price: $1,500 per lunch
Refreshment Breaks
Sponsor a morning or afternoon networking break located in the tabletop exhibit area. Napkins with your company logo will be featured, as well as signage with your company name.
Maximum one company per break.
