What's Included
Registration fees to Conference (excluding Workshop only registrants) include the following:
- Admission to all technical sessions and tabletop exhibits
- CD ROM to conference paper Proceedings
- Refreshment breaks on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, July 21, 22, 23, and 24
- Opening Reception on Monday, July 21

International Presenter/Author Fee
International Authors may pay the conference fee in full or alternatively pay an initial $200 NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT toward registration. The initial payment is due by April 30, 2008.
The $395 remainder of your full registration fee will be due by May 19, 2008. Individuals are expected to attend and present their paper at the event and to pay in full once the paper has been reviewed and accepted. If you are not able to attend in person, the $200 deposit would not be refundable.
To ensure that the paper and presenter will be in the program and published in the proceedings, please register by the date requested.
Workshop registration does not include admission to the Conference sessions. If you want to attend both the Workshop and Conference, please register for both programs.
PDH credit will be given for the workshop courses based on the course length.
Each workshop requires a minimum of seven participants.
Substitutions/Cancellations:
Cancellations made through June 30 will receive a full refund, less a $50 administration fee. Refunds are not available beginning July 1. Contact ASME InfoCentral at +1 -800-843-2763 to make substitutions at any time.
