A number of Hotels have been selected to accommodate participants at the OMAE 2008 Conference, because they are in close proximity to the Estoril Congress Centre and up to 15 minutes walking distance. Attention has been given to provide delegates with a varying price range in an effort to fulfill everyone's needs.

Deadlines
The deadline for hotel accommodation bookings is April 11, 2008. Reservation Forms received after this date will be strictly on request.
Estoril is a very popular holiday destination and early bookings for hotel accommodation are strongly recommended.
Please note that Reservation Forms (Hotel Accommodation) received without payment(s) will not be processed.
Cancellation of Participation
Cancellations must be received in writing by May 15, 2008 by e-mail, fax or post.
ULTRATUR will make a full refund, after the Conference, except 50 % of the initial deposit.
