Registration Categories
Categories (A) and (B) registration fees include technical programme attendance, one copy of the proceedings, welcome reception, lunches, coffee breaks and Conference dinner.

Categories (C) registration fee includes technical programme attendance, one copy of the proceedings, lunches, and coffee-breaks on day of attendance.

Category (D) registration fee, for which documented proof is required, includes technical programme attendance, one copy of the proceedings, lunches and coffee-breaks.

Category (E-1) registration fee includes welcome reception, conference dinner, and two tourist half-day tours of Lisbon (16 June) and Sintra (18 June).

Category (E-2) registration fee includes the same as (E-1) plus a full day tour of Óbidos/Nazaré/Fátima and Batalha (17 June) and a full day tour of Évora (19 June).

Full Programme

Lunch included (full day); Thursday, 19 June - Tour of Évora. (South of Lisbon) (full day); and, Wednesday, 18 June Tour of Sintra (half day) and Conference Dinner.

Registration Deadlines

** Late Registration after March 31, 2008

Cancellation of Participation
Registered delegates wishing to cancel their participation at OMAE 2008 will have their full registration fee refunded, minus an administrative fee of EUR 100 (One hundred EUROs), provided written notification is received by the Conference Secretariat before May 15, 2008. Cancellations received after this date will not be eligible for a refund. All refunds will be processed after the Conference.

Paper Presentation
Presenting authors must be registered at the Conference. Failure to register within the set deadline may jeopardize the publication of their paper(s).

Each registered delegate cannot present more than two papers.
