About the Conference
The 26th International Conference on Offshore Mechanics and Arctic Engineering (OMAE 2007) will be held at the Paradise Point Resort in San Diego, California, from June 10-15, 2007. ASME and the OOAE Division of the International Petroleum Technology Institute (IPTI) are organizing the conference. The organizing committee also includes key members of the Navy research community and the Scripps Institution of Oceanography. The conference will draw together members of the scientific community, researchers, academia and the ocean engineering industry from several parts of the world.

Industry workshops, special sessions and keynote lectures will also be included in the
technical program. National and international companies are expected to sponsor and participate in the conference.

Abstract Submission
Authors should
submit a 400 word text-only abstract through the OMAE2007 website.

Publication Schedule
If you are planning to submit an abstract for consideration for OMAE2007, please follow
the deadlines posted on the publication schedule. When your abstract is submitted, you will receive a confirmation
and an assigned paper number. Late submissions may not be accepted.
Please note the following:
- Publication is not guaranteed if final manuscripts and copyright forms are not submitted in accordance with the publication schedule.
- At least one author or presenter of a paper must register for the conference and pay all appropriate fees.
- An author or presenter may present a maximum of two papers at the conference.
