The venue Hotel is located 110 km from the Makedonia Airport in Thessaloniki. The local organizing committee will arrange mass transportation from the Makedonia Airport in Thessaloniki to the venue for those participants that they have already paid the corresponding transportation fee with their registration. The transportation has been initially arranged for Saturday, 11 June, Sunday, 12 June and Monday, 13 June, between 09:00am and 16:00pm.

Alternatively, you may take a taxi that will cost approximately 85 €. Only cash payments are accepted.

AVIS is the official car rental agency of the conference. A link to the AVIS on-line car rental reservation system will appear after the finalization of the registration fee payment procedure.

Important Note: Participants who've already paid for transportation from Makedonia Airport in Thessaloniki to Porto Carras, but have not completed the fields indicating arrival time, flight number and air carrier, should log into the system using their e-mail and the provided password to update this data in their personal profile. If this information is not updated, the local organizing committee will be not able to make proper arrangements for transportation. Please do not forget to save your page in order to update your data.

Mass transportation will be arranged on Saturday, 11 June, Sunday, 12 June, and Monday, 13 June between 09:00am and 16:00pm. To date, transportation requests considerably overlap this time span and thus, some changes may be made to accommodate the maximum number of registrants who've paid the transportation fee.

Extremely early or late arrivals may not be considered. In such cases, the participants will be notified and the transportation fee will be refunded. Please note that due to space limitations, participants who have paid the corresponding transportation fee in advance will have priority and secured transportation against on-site conference registrants. Otherwise, transportation will be provided on a first come first serve basis, and only when free spaces on the busses are available
