Venue Information
The Porto Carras Hotel and the European Assembly Center at Porto Caras is situated in the beautiful area of Sithonia in Halkidiki. It is approximately 65 miles (75 minutes by car) from Thessaloniki (Thessalonika), Greece's second largest city. Numerous international airlines serve the Thessaloniki airport.

Hotel Reservations
Hotel reservations are made through the on-line registration/hotel accommodation system at www.omae2005.com, following the registration procedure. That means first the registration procedure must be completed (creation of a registration account and payment of the corresponding registration fee) and then the interested participant will be able to proceed to hotel accommodation booking and selection of excursions.

Hotel bookings at the special rates offered to the conference participants can be made only though the on-line registration system or by requesting the electronic hotel accommodation form from MOEL Conference Organizers.

Booking through the electronic hotel accommodation form is the only alternative for on-site registrants. The form has to be filled in with your personal data, hotel choice, room type and number, as well as arrival and departure dates. You will be then kindly requested to fill in the appropriate fields with your credit card details, sign the form and sent it back by fax to MOEL, fax no: +30-210-8078342.

Important Note: It is very important to note that for those participants who are interested to book hotel accommodation at the special OMAE2005 low rates, they have to make reservations and settle their hotel accommodation total amount by May 31, 2005.
