Registration Fees

Regular (after March 2, 2009) On-Site ASME Member/CNSE Member/Gov't - NIST, NREL $275 $300 Non Member $350 $375

Registration Fee Includes:

• Admission to technical sessions and table-top exhibits & posters
• Daily refreshment breaks, daily lunches and welcome reception

Registration Requirement:
Every published paper, presentation and panel presentation must identify a designated presenter. Every presenter must register and pay the applicable conference fees. If not, the paper will not be included for publication in the proceedings and accompanying presentation information will be removed from the conference program. All other participants are required to register and pay the appropriate registration fee.

Substitutions/Cancellations:
Cancellations made through April 1st will receive a full refund, less a $125 administration fee. Student cancellations are subject to a $50 administrative charge. Refunds are not available beginning April 2nd. Contact ASME InfoCentral at +1 -800-843-2763 to make substitutions at any time.

ASME Travel Policy:
ASME is not responsible for the purchase of non-refundable airline tickets or the cancellation/change fees associated with canceling a flight. ASME retains the right to cancel a course/conference up until 3 weeks of the scheduled presentation date.
