Conference Registration
General Audience and Student Registration fees include access to all sessions, one copy of the conference proceedings, daily coffee/tea breaks, lunches, and conference reception/poster session/exhibit.

*All speakers, Chairs and Co-Chairs are required to register and pay the appropriate fee. One-day registrations may be used only once.

Substitutions/Cancellations
Cancellations made through May 1, 2006 will receive a full refund, less a $125 administration fee. Student cancellations are subject to a $50 administrative charge. Refunds are not available after May 1, 2006. Substitutions can be made at any time by contacting ASME InfoCentral at 800-843-2763.

ASME Travel Policy
ASME is not responsible for the purchase of non-refundable airline tickets or the cancellation/change fees associated with canceling a flight or hotel room.
