Once Hua Min confirms your booking, an authorization form for credit card payment for hotel reservation settlement will be sent to you to fill out and sign then send back to Hua Min by fax or email on or before booking deadline.
Booking is NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE. Also, NO CANCELLATION will be allowed once the booking is guaranteed.
