Substitutions/Cancellations:
Cancellations made through May 1, 2008 will receive a full refund, less a $125 administration fee. Student cancellations are subject to a $50 administrative charge. Refunds are not available beginning May 15th. Contact ASME InfoCentral at +1 -800-843-2763 to make substitutions at any time.

ASME Travel Policy:
ASME is not responsible for the purchase of non-refundable airline tickets or the cancellation/change fees associated with canceling a flight. ASME retains the right to cancel a course/conference up until 3 weeks of the scheduled presentation date
