You can either travel directly to Sharm El Sheikh, or fly to Cairo and from there either fly or take a bus to Sharm El Sheikh.

Frequent flights from Cairo to Sharm El Sheikh are operated by Egypt Air. Flight time is around 45 min. Alternatively, buses (super jet company) operate daily from Cairo to Sharm El Sheikh. The trip takes around 7 hrs (one-way).

Once you arrive at the airport or the bus station in Sharm El Sheikh, you can take a taxi to the hotel.
