Submission of abstract and optional 2-3 page Paper for Review
Deadline: April 1, 2010
Any abstracts and papers submitted after the deadline will be placed on a wait list for review should an opening occur in the program.

Abstract or Draft Paper Review Complete and/or Acceptance Notification
Target Date: May 24, 2010

Submission of Revised 2-3 page Paper
Deadline: June 14, 2010
In accordance with ASME final paper requirements. Publication in the conference proceedings is not guaranteed if materials are received after July 30, 2010.

Submission of Copyright Form
Deadline: July 30, 2010
Copyright transfer forms are requested upon acceptance of the draft and prior to submittal of the final paper. Click here for details.
