Once your draft 2-3 Page Paper has been accepted for publication, you will be asked to submit a final version for inclusion in the conference proceedings. Please note the following.

• Your final work must be prepared in accordance with the ASME Author Guidelines and any conference-specific requirements.
• Remove the word DRAFT from the top of the first page.
• Your final work must include your conference paper number and the proper header. This number was assigned when you submitted your abstract. The conference-specific header can be found under Conference-Specific Information.
• The file name of your final work must include your paper number: [Conference abbreviation]-22345 (e.g., IJTC2007-23456).
• Your final work must be submitted as a PDF file. (See guidelines for conversion to PDF.)

Required Materials for Publication:

• One final paper (PDF) submitted through your conference author account.
• A completed 1903 form. Please submit this form once your paper has been accepted for publication.
• You may submit multiple 1903 forms if your 2-3 Page Paper has mulitple authors.
• All authors and co-authors must sign a 1903 form.
