Once your draft Extended Abstract has been accepted for publication, you will be asked
to submit a final version for inclusion in the conference proceedings.
Please note the following.
- Your final work must be prepared in accordance with the ASME
Author Guidelines and any conference-specific requirements.
- Remove the word DRAFT from the top of the first page.
- Your final work must include your conference paper number and the
proper header. This number was assigned when you submitted your abstract.
The conference-specific header can
be found under Conference-Specific Information.
- The file name of your final work must include your paper number: [Conference
abbreviation]-22345 (e.g., IJTC2007-23456).
- Your final work must be submitted as a PDF file. (See guidelines for conversion to PDF.)
Required Materials for Publication:
- One final paper (PDF) submitted through your conference author account.
- A completed 1903 form. Please submit this form once your paper has been accepted for publication.
- You may submit multiple 1903 forms if your Extended Abstract has mulitple authors.
- All authors and co-authors must sign a 1903 form.
