If you were unable to attend this year's conference because your flight was cancelled due to "Hurricane Irene", you may submit a refund request in writing to dolane@asme.org no later than Friday, November 11, 2012. Refund requests must include formal confirmation of flight/travel arrangements as well as a documented cancellation notification (ie email etc...). Only those requests that meet the above criteria will be reviewed. This offer is for conference registration only and does not include travel related costs.

Full Registration Fee: Includes admission to all Technical
Sessions, Exhibit, Coffee Breaks, Opening Reception, 1 Awards Luncheon,
and 1 CD-Rom proceedings. Additional Awards Luncheon tickets can be purchased
for $50 each.
One Day Registration Fee: Includes admission to all Technical
Sessions, Exhibit, Coffee Breaks, and 1 CD-Rom proceedings. **For
an additional fee, One Day registrants can purchase tickets to
the Awards Luncheon(s) or Opening Reception for $50 each.
Student and Life Registration Fee: Includes admission
to all Technical Sessions, Exhibit, Coffee Breaks, Opening Reception and
1 CD-Rom proceedings. **For an additional fee, Student
and Life registrants can purchase tickets to the Awards Luncheon(s) for
$50 each.
The Following Additional Costs will apply for tickets purchase separately:
Opening Reception: $50 (a ticket is already included
in the full registration fee). This option is for Guests, and/or One Day
Registrants.
Awards Luncheons: $50 (1 ticket is already included
in the full registration fee.) This option is for Guests, One Day Registrants,
Student/Life Registrants and/or if you wish to attend more than one
Awards Luncheon.
ASME No-Show Policy
According to ASME's no-show policy, if a paper is not presented at the
Conference, the paper will not be published in the official archival Proceedings,
which are registered with the Library of Congress and abstracted and indexed.
It will also not be published in the ASME Digital Library and may not
be cited as a published paper.
