2011 IDETC/CIE AWARDS LUNCHEONS

This year, there will be 7 Awards Luncheons during the Conference Program. Attendance to any of these luncheons is limited. You MUST have either a ticket and/or a code on your badge to gain entrance.

Full Registration Attendees: Your registration includes 1 ticket to a Luncheon of your choice.  If you wish to bring a guest and/or go to an additional luncheon, you will have the opportunity to purchase additional tickets during the registration process.

Students, Life Members and One Day Registrations: Your registration does NOT include tickets to a Luncheon. If you are interested in attending any one or more of the luncheons, you may purchase tickets accordingly.

Award winners, Organizers, Speakers, etc.: You are not guaranteed complimentary tickets to a luncheon. If you registered as a full attendee (see above description), you will receive 1 luncheon ticket with your registration. You should choose the luncheon you are most likely to be part of. You will be charged for additional tickets accordingly.

*Note: Please Do NOT wait until you get on site to update your registration. Attendance to these luncheons is limited due to room capacities. Please be sure to finalize your luncheon participation during the registration process.
