* Each Speaker is provided 20 minutes. This time includes
questions and answers, as well as turnover time between speakers.
* LCD projector and screens will be provided in each room. It is
assumed that speakers will have their own laptop computers, or will
be sharing a computer with another speaker from the same session.

On behalf of the ASME Design Engineering and Computers in Engineering
Divisions, it is our great pleasure to invite you to attend and
contribute to the ASME 2009 International Design Engineering Technical
Conferences (IDETC) & Computers and Information in Engineering Conference (CIE) which will take place August 30 - September
2, 2009, at the San Diego Convention Center in conjunction with the Omni
San Diego Hotel. San Diego is easily accessible from anywhere in the world
and provides a near ideal combination of outstanding meeting facilities,
beaches, beautiful California weather, and world famous attractions.
The conferences will also include plenary sessions, keynote lectures,
and tutorials on different topics related to engineering design. A brief
