Note: The deadline for submission of abstract is Friday, February 6, 2009. This is a FIRM deadline and will be enforced. The authors have until Friday Feb. 13, 2009 to submit the full-length paper (If the abstracts are not submitted by Feb. 6th, the authors do not get an extra week to submit their full-length papers).
