Reception: 6:00 PM - 8:30 PM
Two engineering deans, Dr. Tom Lester, University of Kentucky (UK), and Dr. Eric Sandgren, University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV), will welcome all old and new friends at the Deans? Reception on UNLV campus. Students are welcome to meet and chat with leading researchers and other students. Bus transportation is available from Rio to UNLV and back to Rio. The conference organizers invite ALL ATTENDEES to attend a welcome breakfast prior to the start of the 2007 Keynote Address. This breakfast will be located in the Penn & Teller Foyer (just outside of the Penn & Teller Theater)

Participate in a backstage tour of the KA Theater at the MGM Grand Hotel. The KA` Theater is one of the most highly technical show spaces in the world, and was built at a cost of over $185,000,000. There are 7 moving stages, a motorized acrobatic grid and a one-of-a-kind projection system. The loads and stresses involved are more like a major construction project than a production show. The cost of the tour is $20. Transportation will be provided.
Conference Opening Reception: 8:00 PM - 11:00 PM
Socialize with other conference attendees while enjoying the poolside environment of the Rio All Suites Hotel & Casino. Hors d'oeuvres will be served and a cash bar will be available for those attendees who wish to purchase drinks. All full conference attendees are welcome. Tickets are available for purchase by one day attendees and/or guests of full attendees.

Authors Breakfast: 7:30 AM - 8:15 AM
Authors who are presenting his or her paper on this day, are invited to attend an authors briefing. Breakfast will be served. This function will be located in the Penn & Teller Foyer (just outside of the Penn & Teller Theater).
Awards Dinners
Full conference attendees may choose to attend 1 dinner (of their choice). This selection must be made at the time of registration for the conference. All dinners will be held at the Caesars Palace Hotel & Casino. Transportation will be provided. Below are the details for the various dinners.

- Dinner 1: DED, DAC, DTM, DFMLC, RSAFP, DEC, MNS, and AVTT in the Augustus 2 Ballroom, 4th Floor
